Konexus is a product under development by HYDROCORE ANALÍTICA LTDA, a Brazilian company registered under CNPJ 37.683.010/0001-89, at Rua Alice Além Saadi, 111, Sala 03, Nova Ribeirânia, Ribeirão Preto/SP, 14096-570, Brazil.
We want one thing to be unambiguous, because an earlier version of this page said otherwise: there is no Canadian company behind Konexus today. Incorporating in Canada is part of what we have to do before we can sell here. Until then, the organization responsible for your information is the Brazilian company named above, and it is accountable to you under PIPEDA for the information it collects from people in Canada.

Two things, and it is worth being precise about which one applies to you:
There is still no mobile app and no AI assistant you can talk to. When those exist, this notice is replaced by one that describes them, and everyone affected is told before that happens.
When you join the waitlist, we record:
Our web server also keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, the page requested, the referring page). These are operational records, kept to run and defend the site.
For the waitlist, that is everything we collect: no account, no password, no payment information, no business data.
If you have an early-access account, we additionally hold what you and your team put into it: your name and email, a password (stored as a hash, never in readable form), an optional two-factor secret if you turn 2FA on, and the business records you create — clients, products, invoices and the tax calculated on them. That data belongs to your organization and is walled off at the database level from every other organization. We still take no payment information: there is no billing in the product yet.
This site sets no cookies. There is no Google Analytics, no Meta pixel, no session recording, no advertising tag, and nothing stored in your browser. If that ever changes, it will be behind a consent banner and this section will say so before the change goes live.
To write to you once, when early access opens, and to answer you if you reply. You gave us the address for exactly that, and that consent is the only basis we rely on. We do not add you to a newsletter and we do not send you anything else. You can withdraw at any time (section 08), and every message we send you will carry a one-click way out.
🇧🇷 Everything is stored in Brazil — the waitlist emails, and the early-access application and its database — on a server we operate, hosted by Hostinger. It is not in Canada. We are saying this plainly because an earlier version of this page promised the opposite, and that promise was not true.
Hosting customer data in Canada is a condition we have set for ourselves before launching the product commercially, and it is one of the reasons early access is by invitation: nobody should be putting a real client list into this until that move is done. Nothing on the marketing pages should be read as saying it is already in place.
Information about your signup is shared with only these service providers, each for one job:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not share it with advertisers. Being outside Canada, your information is subject to the laws of the countries above, including lawful access by their authorities. That is precisely the trade-off we intend to remove by moving to Canadian hosting before launch.
Waitlist emails: until Konexus launches and we have written to you, or until you ask us to delete yours, whichever comes first. If the project is abandoned, we delete the whole waitlist and say so publicly.
Early-access accounts: for as long as the account is open. Ask us and we delete the account and everything in it. Because early access exists to be taken apart and rebuilt, do not treat it as a system of record: keep your own copy of anything that matters.
Write to privacy@konexus.cloud and you can, at no cost:
We answer within 30 days. We do not ask you why, and we do not try to talk you out of it.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a request, you can complain to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada (priv.gc.ca), and if you are in Quebec, to the Commission d'accès à l'information (cai.gouv.qc.ca).
Konexus is a tool for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16. If an address like that reaches the waitlist, tell us and we will delete it.
If we change it, the date at the top changes and the previous version stays available in our source repository. A change that affects what we do with information already collected will be emailed to everyone on the waitlist before it takes effect.
Quebec's Charter of the French Language expects a business operating in Quebec to serve its customers in French. This notice exists only in English today, which is one of the reasons Konexus is not yet selling in Quebec. A French version comes with the launch, translated by a person, not a machine.
